I designed a Graphing Activity that corresponds with the Louisiana Comprehensive Curriculum. Our iLEAP data shows that our students have difficulty analyzing and interpreting data on graphs. For my Curriculum Project, I designed a series of lessons that would teach my students to use data that they gather by surveying their learning community and using an electronic tool, they would graph the data. A designated Math Wiz would then take the data and insert it into Microsoft Word. The class would use these graphs to generate and answer questions during center time.

Helpful Documents to Facilitate the Implementation of this Curriculum
This lesson plan fully explains the procedures for this process. The modeling and practice would take place over a two week period. Once students are comfortable with this process, it can be used as a center for as long as the teacher feels neccessary.
